General conditions of sale and reservation
– Prior information
These general conditions relate exclusively to any booking of stays made on the FLORISSUM website. The customer and the owners undertake to respect these general conditions of sale as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
– Length of stay
The reservation by the customer is made for a fixed period. The customer may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to an extension of stay and therefore to remain in the premises without the prior agreement of the owner.
– Reservation and deposit
The price of the room includes 1 to 2 adults for ELPIDA and FENGARI, 1 to 4 adults for the EONIA suite. Breakfasts are included.
A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay makes your reservation firm and definitive.
The reservation is made on the official FLORISSUM website, for any additional information do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone.
– Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email or post with acknowledgment of a receipt. If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the start of the stay, the owners reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the reservation.
If the customer does not show up or cannot be reached before 24 hours on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract will be cancelled, and the owners reserve the right to dispose the guest rooms for other bookings. The owner also reserves the right to claim the balance of the reservation price.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Any additional services consumed will be due to the owners.
– Cancellation of the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the reservation, for reasons beyond his control, FLORISSUM will be required to inform the customer as soon as possible by telephone or email. The customer will be immediately refunded the full amount of the deposit paid.
– Absence of withdrawal
For reservations made by telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the consumer code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services provided on a date or at a specified periodicity.
– Arriving time
The client must arrive on the day specified for the reservation between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case of late arrival, the customer must notify the owner as soon as possible and request the owner’s prior agreement.
We do not accept arrivals after 8 p.m., except in the case of a preliminary agreement with the owner, confirmed by email or SMS. FLORISSUM reserves the right to no longer welcome the customer after this time. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, therefore no refund can be considered.
– Departure time
The customer must vacate the rooms by 11 a.m. at the latest. If the customer wishes to modify his departure time beyond 11:00 a.m., he must make a request to the owner, who reserves the right to refuse. If the owner agrees however to accept a later departure, the owner reserves the right to charge a supplement of €50, subject to prior agreement with the customer.
– Settlement of the balance
The balance is to be paid on arrival, which will need to be made either by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Extras will be payable at the end of the stay.
– Limitation of the number of people
This contract is established for a specific number of people for each reservation and for each room. If the number of customers exceeds the number of people specified when booking is being made, the owner has the full right to refuse any additional customer / person.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, consequently a refusal of admission of additional people to the capacity of each room, in the event of the departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
– Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
– Table d’hôtes
Meals are served occasionally between September 15th and June 15th at 7:30 p.m. subject to a preliminary reservation made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Children
Our property is not suitable for children, therefore FLORISSUM is for adults only. On certain dates, subject to a prior request accepted by the owner, an exception may be possible for one or two teenagers. However, guest’s attention is drawn to the fact that minors are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. If on the day of arrival, the customer arrives accompanied by a minor, without having previously informed and obtained a prior agreement from the owner, FLORISSUM reserves the right to refuse access to the entire area and estate of FLORISSUM. Such a refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner. In case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
– Animals
Our animal friends are not accepted at FLORISSUM. On certain dates, an exception may be possible, subject to a prior request which has obtained acceptance confirmed by email by the owner. If the day of arrival, the client arrives accompanied by one or more animals (even nice and small), the refusal to accept the animals cannot be assimilated to a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner. In case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
– Use of premises
FLORISSUM is a non-smoking place, it is totally forbidden to smoke and/or vape in the rooms and all common areas as well as outside the buildings.
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination.
No meals can be taken or served in the rooms or by the pool on the east side, where the deckchairs are located. All drinks or consumption are not authorized in the swimming pool basin.
Customers need to respect the fact that a taking a shower is mandatory before getting in or swimming in the pool.
Customers undertake to respect the instructions for good manners appearing in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale. The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay. The customer will have to declare and assume financially any possible degradation for which he or she could be responsible.
– Pool
The swimming pool is accessible to customers between 8.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m. The use of the pool is everyone’s responsibility. Customers acknowledge that they fully release the owner’s liability in the event of an accident occurring to themselves, their family or their friends. In the event of an accident, no compensation can be or will be claimed by the customers.
– Car park
FLORISSUM provides its customers with a partially shaded parking space, located on our private property. However, we ask our customers to respect the basic vigilance rules and therefore to avoid leaving luggage(s), bags, clothing or objects inside your vehicle, especially if they are visible from the vehicle’s exterior. In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, FLORISSUM cannot be held liable.
– Housekeeping and maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance can be done daily by the owner, in the room or rooms that the customer occupies.
– Computing and Freedom
In accordance with article 27 of the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, the information fields that you fill in on our website are necessary for the registration and processing of your requests. We undertake not to transmit them to third parties.
– Modifications of the general conditions
These general conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these general conditions of sale will be deemed acquired following receipt of a reservation request and/or upon receipt of payment of the deposit for a reservation.
